Tea Party goes back to our nation's founding, when government, usually the county, was no further than a day's horseback ride. There, Town Hall meetings were common, voting 'em inor out was common, even vigilantes were common when politiians got carried away, and the Tea Party is just an extension of this kind of self-covernment. It is quite amazing how people were and are put on terrorist watch lists for coming out against war, propaganda and the pursuit of global manifest destiny.
