Palin: 'Absurd' not to ponder 2012 bid

WASHINGTON (AP) – Sarah Palin says it would be “absurd” for her not to consider running for president in 2012.
The former Alaska governor and the Republican vice presidential nominee in 2008 says she will run for president if she believes it’s right for the country and right for her family.
Palin was asked on “Fox News Sunday” if she knows more today about domestic and foreign affairs than she did two years ago. Her response: “Well, I would hope so.”
She says her focus has widened since she was governor of Alaska. Palin says she gets daily briefings by e-mail on domestic and foreign policy issues from advisers in Washington.
Palin appeared on “Fox News Sunday.” She is a paid contributor to Fox News.

She is one of us.
Can't you see where that landed us !!! ??
I know they want a less 'dangerous' image, but they should not replace it with a fool.
Sarah Palin of Alaska for President would be superior to what we have now. President Palin - President Sarah Palin. sounds good to me!!!!
Only a left wing zealot will try and denigrate her.
I think Sarah Palin is absolutely fascinating. A strong, self-made, conservative, pro-life woman from Alaska, who hunts, fishes, loves sports, God, and country. And not that it matters, but she ain't exactly hard on the eyes, either. Obviously, judging by her following, millions of others share my sentiments.
I hope she decides to stick around and keep stickin' it to liberals. The next President -- whomever that may turn out to be -- needs her.
Boy, that's saying a mouthful.
"Only a left wing zealot will try and denigrate her."
Only people with an IQ above 50, will recognize her as someone who is about a million miles away from the competency that the office [should] require...Most Americans - obviously and unfortunately - fall below this threshold. Are you sure you're not an "intoxicated" observer?
As long as we only get to select from worse or worser, we will see
the country continue to disintegrate into nothing....
She denigrates herself when she cant even read the talking points she writes on the palm of her had before interviews.
Frankly, I hope she sticks around. She is fracturing the republican party at its base. If she runs, she will likely get all the conservative votes which will make it easier for a democrat to win the White House.
