****-
It is time to pass the single payer public option plan we asked for. I guess this is the best we can do for now so we will pass it and use it to build on as we work harder to get what we want. We liberals do have three to seven more years to work on this after all.

I am sorry the republican can not lose with class but any way you do it, it is now time to move on the the next issue of the day. This one has been settled. Or are we going to fight this one out like slavery and the civil war for the next two hundread years. Many people in our country still think the south will win again. It is OVER people. Move on.

""Fees on insurance companies, drug makers, medical device manufacturers....""

"fee's" will passed along onto what WE have to pay.....AND there is a good possibility that the medical device manufacturers, MAYBE to get around this, will leave this country to a 3rd world crap hole to make the devices...MORE jobs LOST....nice going... so much for "this will hold down costs" *laughs*

""Forty percent excise tax on insurance companies, keyed to premiums paid on health care plans costing more than $8,500 annually for individuals and $23,000 for families. Fees for employers whose workers receive government subsidies to help them pay premiums""

SO let me get this straight...if someone can afford to buy a "Cadillac" health care plan & is paying the ridiculous premium as it is, they will be forced to pay more?????...STUPID... And it is the friggin employers fault that health care costs are so damn high, that they will pay a fee cause one of their employees need the government handout?????...LOL...

""Fines on people who fail to purchase coverage. ""

THIS is TOTAL BS...........this is where congress is either math challenged OR they have their heads SO far up a$$'s.... if people CANT afford to pay for insurance..hit em with a damn FINE??????? LOL.............

The lying Obama campaigned against fining people that didnt have it...wonder what happened to THAT..........

This is PRIME example of rushing crap through JUST to say "WE DID IT".............

"YOU" did it alright.......LOL

Both versions of the bill stink & they know it. We are now really gonna get stuck with a white elephant. They are still going to cut 500 billion from medicare. And remember this everyone will be a senior sometime.

Hey Painter I agree we should "tax the rich"! Lets define "rich" as a yearly income of $25,000. Wonder how much you would like that!
