Janie...he is -that's why he's in Oslo-that's the only reason he's receiving it.

My only wish for Christmas this year is that November 2010 comes really, really fast, faster than the antics this administration is using to ram the ruin of this country through.

I hope he keeps his mind on peace.
Now he has a reminder to inspire his mind to come up with something refreshing and new.
The old has us still fighting.

This president is intelligent, not arrogant. Also, his goals are long range and carefully thought out. His acceptance speech for The Noble Peace Prize was humble and realistic.

My Junior high principal told us all that America is not going to fall to outside forces in a big bang, but rather we are going to collapse from inside and go out with a whimper. Obama is the beginning of the end if we don't start caring for our country and demanding that he answer questions - like where he was born!
I have to show that I have a right to my job....... why should Obama be above the law?
Even Jesus Christ was not above the law!

From Politico:

"Perhaps the greatest measure of Obama's declining support is that just 50% of voters now say they prefer having him as President to George W. Bush, with 44% saying they'd rather have his predecessor. Given the horrendous approval ratings Bush showed during his final term that's somewhat of a surprise and an indication that voters are increasingly placing the blame on Obama for the country's difficulties instead of giving him space because of the tough situation he inherited. The closeness in the Obama/Bush numbers also has implications for the 2010 elections. Using the Bush card may not be particularly effective for Democrats anymore, which is good news generally for Republicans and especially ones like Rob Portman who are running for office and have close ties to the former President.

Obama is do a much worse than job than President Bush. At least Bush had some accomplishments. Even Obama is following his lead on the "War On Terror." Bush economy had a low of less than 5% unemployment and I seriously doubt Obama can match that in his 4 year term unless he does something that is helpful towards Capitalism.
The only thing helping Obama is Hollywood and the media and I believe even they will distance them selves from Obama as time goes on.

After hearing what Obama had to say in his acceptance speech I really was surprised.

I liked what he said and I'm not afraid to say so.

I still don't trust him with the future of our Country but he gave a very truthful speech.

I'm sure the those in Europe didn't like it though, but who cares.

The Nobel Peace Prize has no credibility anymore. It's a popularity contest.
