Whatever happens "don't let teh people have a say". In the words of the Democrat CT legislature that passed it "This is much too important to allow the people to have a say. It needs to be decided by the enlightened elite and the appointed judges".
Same argument the Democrats used to continue slavery and deny women the right to vote for 100 years before the people and republicans finally managed to let the 'people' decide the issue.

That was a close vote 7-6.
Matthew 19:12 should pass it,and set everyone free. And stop the gay bashing from the polititions.
And hate should dissapate from the issue.Hate exchanged for Love, not a bad idea!

The Jews gave people the order to respect the gays (because they have money), so everyone obeys. If Jews did not run the show, why do you think that Chuck Schumer and Joe Lieberman are such arrogant loudmouths?

Come on, Glenda! matt 19:12 is about eunich's, not people who sin sexually! It does not support passing a gay marriage bill. God will clearly punish the USA down the road for disobeying his commands.

'God will clearly punish the USA down the road for disobeying his commands.'

If God were real, and the book of fairytales you call a moral code were real, then yes. But, I tend to believe that all humans and non-humankind deserve to be treated fairly, not be cast out due to a thousand year old folkway.

'If Jews did not run the show, why do you think that Chuck Schumer and Joe Lieberman are such arrogant loudmouths?'

Because they're in Congress, and as a man who has Jewish heritage, that is rather offensive and comical.

'Same argument the Democrats used to continue slavery and deny women the right to vote for 100 years before the people and republicans finally managed to let the 'people' decide the issue.'

Ah. So you're using slavery, and woman's suffrage to justify denying gays rights? You live in a very strange world.

I am using the argument that just because some elite snobs, a few appointed judges and the left wing dimmocrats think it's a good idea doesn't make it so.
The Republicans and the people's vote had enough sense to overrule them and end slavery, grant suffrage to women and pass the civil rights ammendment.
The 'people' don't want this any more then they 'wanted' the other items listed above. The dimmocrats are trying to force it on us anyway.

The Republican part of 1860 and 1920 would make up a majority of the current Democratic Party, due to polar switches. Also, large portions of the Democratic Party, including the President, passed civil rights legislation.

'The 'people' don't want this any more then they 'wanted' the other items listed above. The dimmocrats are trying to force it on us anyway. '

As I stated, they don't want to give rights to people who deserve them.

"Whatever happens "don't let teh people have a say"."

Thanks, I didnt have any say over TARP, the War on Terror, the Patriot Act, or the most recent Bail Out. But I guess its alright for people not to have their say if its something Joesixpack agrees with.

James --

"The Jews gave people the order to respect the gays (because they have money), so everyone obeys."

What the heck are you talking about???!??!?!

"'God will clearly punish the USA down the road for disobeying his commands.'"

Thats right, we are already being punished for disobeying his order to love. Remember John 3:16?

"I am using the argument that just because some elite snobs, a few appointed judges and the left wing dimmocrats think it's a good idea doesn't make it so."

One could turn that around and say the Republican leadership of the past 8 years engage in the same process.

"The Republicans and the people's vote had enough sense to overrule them and end slavery, grant suffrage to women and pass the civil rights ammendment."

There is a group called the KKK, or the Neo-Nazis, that you might be interested in joining.
