Election day in Conn for local offices

(WTNH) – Connecticut’s 162 cities and towns are holding local elections today, and depending on the outcome some could have new leadership at the top.
131 cities and towns are electing Mayors and First Selectmen today.
There are more than two million registered voters in Connecticut, but historically, only a fraction come out to vote in a municipal election year. That’s too bad, says Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz, because these elections set the agenda for schools and road repair and all the local spending issues.
Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. tonight.
When you go out to vote bring ID and remember Connecticut uses the optical scanning machines so there is no more pulling levers.

vote for such Progressives, there are some good democrats, but no good progressives.
We also do not have a system that keeps people from disenfranchisement.
'Our great and honest Secretary of the State who is a Democratic Shrill refused to issue voter ID cards that would minimize fraud'
They'd also go against the Voting Rights Act, because a fee would have been attached, therefore violating Section II.
'vote for such Progressives, there are some good democrats, but no good progressives.'
Based on what logic, proof, etc? Exactly, you have none.
For hmm, I am alive, a legal citizen and have a job with a non-government organization. So, your mass generalization is comical, you're like Chaplin.
And Carl Marks would consider you his protegee - You commie ba$tard !
EVERYONE stood in line for the presidential voting but I barely saw anyone this morning. Oh wait, DeStefano was at the polls this morning and all I wanted to do was smack the smirk off of his face.
God help us....we'll never be rid of this mayor.
You do realize his name is Karl, and Marx, right?
