So Lt. Honulik got the best score and did not advance. Sounds like New Haven. But Lt. Honulik seems to have lost his battle. Why is that. Granted, I feel that the Supreme Court Justices should complete their cases before retiring. To do otherwise nonefficient. Lt. Honulik should appeal this decision as far as he can. To score highest on an advancement exam and not be advanced is a crime in itself.

we should abide by the law as it was writen and send them packing on the 70th birthday. Case closed. These cases can drag on for 10 to 20 years. SEND THEM PACKING!

We should uphold the mandatory retirement age. This should also apply to senators. We have so many who are way over 70. We need new thoughts & ideas. One senator is 93 !!! When does someone else get a chance???
